The SAS system (Secondary Air System), installed on many KTM, Husqvarna, and GASGAS models, is designed to reduce emissions.


On bikes with a decatalyzed exhaust, the system becomes unnecessary and can cause overheating and unwanted turbulence, as well as make engine access more complicated.

This kit allows you to safely remove the SAS system without generating electronic errors.

  • Specific plugs to close the system lines
  • Resistor integrated in a proprietary 3D-printed connector – specifically designed to replace the original sensor
