The canister system, installed as standard on KTM, HUSQVARNA, and GASGAS models from 2017 onwards, is known to be unreliable over time.

It often causes unstable idle, takes up unnecessary space in the engine bay, and can lead to starting issues when the charcoal filter becomes saturated with fuel — for example, after a fall.


This kit allows for complete removal of the canister system in a simple and safe way, without triggering errors or warning lights on the bike.


✅ The kit includes:

  • Connector with integrated resistor → simulates the presence of the canister and prevents ECU or dash errors
  • M6 bolt + copper washer → to properly seal the canister nozzle port
  • M8 bolt → to plug the rubber hose if the nozzle cannot be removed


In addition to improving overall reliability, removing the canister:

  • Improves mapping stability during riding
  • Frees up space in the front part of the engine
  • Makes the area visually cleaner and more organized
  • Eliminates a potential source of malfunctions


All components are selected for maximum compatibility and long-term durability, designed for a plug & play installation even without special tools.
